The Classes Powered By Adaptive Learning System

Class Name:  SAT Vocabulary
Class Description:

This course allows you to learn SAT vocabulary in a step-by-step manner by using our prestigious Adaptive Learning System (ALS).

In this course, questions are given in sections. Each section contains about 25 questions, which is approximately the same as the official SAT reading sections.  Each question is generated on-the-fly, based on your previous scores. As a result, questions in each section will not be too easy or too hard. Therefore, the contents of this course are personalized for you only.

There are several different types of questions in this course. They are Sentence Completion questions, Find Antonym or Synonym questions, and Analogy questions. Sentence Completion type is the question type that is used in the new official SAT. The other question types are regarded very helpful and are widely used to improve students' vocabulary.

Target Students:

9-12th grades.

Although all the questions in this course are for high school SAT, students at 7th grade or even 6th grade may also take it. Not like Math, one may learn a new word as long as he or she can memorize it.

How To Use:  It is recommended that you
  • Take 1-2 sections every day, or, at least 3 times a week;
  • Set up a time limit for each section. Generally, about 0.5 minutes per question;
  • Review your last time's sections first before you start new ones;
  • Periodically redo previous questions that you were wrong on;
  • Make a long term commitment. You will see dramatic difference at the end of the class;
